Tap the "+" button on the Send tab, import a PDF or photo, enter the recipient's fax number (with country code), add your sender info, preview the document, and tap "Send Fax." Your first fax is sent in under a minute.

FaxDoc supports PDF files and photos (JPEG, PNG) from your Files app or Photo Library. You can also combine multiple pages into one fax.

FaxDoc supports fax transmission to 60+ countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, most of Europe, Australia, Japan, and more. The full list is available inside the app when selecting the destination country code.

FaxDoc is free to download. You can purchase a subscription for regular use or buy credits for occasional sends. Each fax consumes a set number of credits based on the number of pages and destination country. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple ID settings.

Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FaxDoc, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Note: FaxDoc cannot process refunds directly — please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Failed faxes are usually caused by the recipient's fax line being busy or unavailable. Double-check the fax number (include country code), wait a few minutes, and try again. If the problem persists, contact us at support@faxdoc.xyz and we'll investigate.

Yes. All documents are transmitted using encrypted connections. Uploaded files are deleted from our servers promptly after the fax is sent or fails. We never share your documents with third parties.

In the Send Fax screen, tap the "Cover" button in the document section. You can add a pre-formatted cover page with your sender information and a short message to the recipient.
